Evening All,

Since finishing my K mini i got rather bored and felt like another project, this is where the metro comes in.

I have a spare 1.6 kicking about so this got dropped out.

ripped the interior out, and removed the sound deadening ready for welding.

Both sills required patchs, both floor pans, both wings. and for some strange reason the rear arches are SOLID!

I have only spent one day on it soo far but i got one wing ready for paint.

and one patch on the inner sill

aswell as debumpering the front

Very interested to see if the inlet clears the baulkhead first go mate... keep the thread updated cant wait to see more from this little monster :)

Did you decide to go Metro PCD front and rear or K 95.25 in the end?

Any progress on this? Will be good to see how the engine fits as I'm planning on fitting a 1.8 vvc to my mk1 metro in the near future ;)
