i have also posted this in "Styling" because i could'nt decide which one it would go in. I put it in here Because i want to know, Sizes, fittings etc.
i bought a 3"dtm style exhaust system which was stainless steel. I loved it but was too loud, i took it of after 6 months. this exact one:

i then bought a 1.75'' maniflow system (obviously not stainless steel) this exact one:

and now, i think its a little too quite, my questions are........
1. can i put the link pipe of my dtm kit on my maniflow backbox?
2. would this make it louder?
3. what would it sound like/would it sound like the dtm or like the maniflow?
4. AND would it fit together?
5. when it says 3" and the 1.75" does that literally mean the size of the exit of the backbox, or is it the link pipe aswell?
the link pipe for the dtm i measured ruffly at 4.4-5cm (if that helps????)

The Maniflow system you show is probably the finest exhaust system ever produced for the 1275 variant Mini. It will give optimum power, is well-built and very strong. I really can't see why anyone would want to mess about with it in any way. As for noise level, I've used that exact system and it just comes inside the maximum noise levels for competition. Why would anyone want to make more noise than that on the road?

im want to do the same thing as you i have the dtm at the min, and was thinking of getting that maniflow one. would you be able to get a video of it running ? as i would like to see how loud it is my self XD
