I was just wondering what minis look best with a roof rack, I mean... what colours? And, any pictures?

I have sourced some teak slats normally for boat decking which i will run "length ways" across the car. Maybe?

I don't know why...... it's hard to explain...... but I love your car!

It looks ace with a roof rack on it too. I need one for mine, but don't know whether to get the guys at work to make me a new one, or whether to buy a new one.

I'm thinking of getting a stainless one made up, with wooden slats across it, the only problem is that it'll be heavy. I have looked for ideas on t'internet, but not really found any inspiration as yet.

Spread your search further than just mini roof racks. My rack for example was originally for an old volvo PV / amazon. Mine is alu so quite light. the perfect rack is out there!

You car is awesome, what wheels are they? What is it about minis with roof racks....they look soooo cool, and I know this sounds strange but they even better when they have the odd stuff on them like and old suitcase /jerrycan or even a run plaue riveted on!

me and harber07 saw your mini i think, and the first thing we saw was the front panel, all i could think was ouch

yeah it did do a fair bit of damage! i had to bodge a few things to make it look mini ish on from the front! man i had tow bars.....
none the less i made it there, overloaded the roof rack abit though
