Got to figure our how and where to mount it now. Do I go for suck or blow though. Still got a few pieces together for the engine build and I need to find someone that can make some custom manifolds for me once I figure out where its going.
go blow through then can use a intercooler and no need for any custom manifolds ,just need to get hold of a metro turbo carb and plenum
modify plenum so in put at a differant angle and fit blowoff valve otherwise will over boost on idle
and all you need the is some tubing and off the shelf silicon hoses to join it all together
and a few simple mounts for charger
blow through is easy to do, easier to get set up and will give more power
and best of all will work out cheaper to do
thats why i am doing new one blow through

Stig, you read my mind. I've got an idea of how and where to mount it, I just need to get my hands on a turbo carb a phlenum now.

As for overboosting on idle, the charger I have just bought has an Electronic clutch on the pully so i'm going to see if there is anyway to wire this up so its off at idle. I'm thinking of a microswitch on the accelerator pedal somehow but i don't know how?

as the supercharger that are swithable run a by pass so the engine can still draw air to run with out the super charger
air wont pass through the super charger if its not turning so unless you have a bypass wont work
