Project Beer.. the continuation (part two)

Right then, here we go

Bought him today for £700. (07/03/09)

The plan is to change him to a Monte Carlo-esk Mini

but with out all the racing numbers ect...

But, before I start with all that there are a few things i need to sort.

1. The clutch is sticking, i put it in gear, go to set off, and the clutch doesnt engage.

2. The dipped lights dont come on, going to try and sort that tommorrow.(08/03/09)

3. I NEED A JOB ! !

OK, parts I have


1. The car (usually helps)

2. Weller 10 X 5 rims, going to strip them, spray them up matt black

3. RC40 back box and side exit

4. speakers for the antient radio that is fitted to the car (thanks to my uncle for them)

5. Play mini steering wheel, going to finish that thie week sometime

Other parts I have that may end up in the mini

1. 1100cc engine

2. 4 speed Austin gear box

Right, thats enough "woffeling", to business.

I am going to cut the paint and see how it comes up, by the looks of it, i think it will come up OK.

The bonnet, roof and spats, will all be sprayed matt black.

the rest of the car will be red.

I am going to put either strapps or them pin things on the bonnet.

3 large spot lights on the front.

put the number plate on the bonnet.

fit the rims, and spats.

put a large circular reverse light on the boot lid.

INTERIOR

OK, so i have a plan of how i want it to look but cant describe it, i will try and find pictures.

if i think of anything else, you will all be the first to know

Nice project scott. Hear you say you wanted a Matt < () black bonnet, why not grab that blue one in the background then you can choose which one you want ?
