I thought today was the final cut-off date? Personally i think we have waited long enough as it is.

I know. But he texted me this morning and this is part of the text:

"Court action would be amusing, If I've posted it, then you will just be wasting your money, but feel free too"

What he doesn't realise is that i'd be claiming all expenses back off of him either way.

Jammy has said he has sent it... If nobody receives anything tomorrow or Friday then hes lied to Jammy and it will go ahead.

Admins this may not be relevent to the topic persay but it is relevent information for the people involved so i would ask you not to delete it.

If Pie tells you he is away somewhere then i would take it with a pinch of salt.

A while back i had a dispute with him about an item and offered to return it to him for a refund to which i recieved this reply (January)

I'm in New Zealand until april with my winter job but can give you a refund in april when im back if needs be.

I then offered to return the item that very evening before he went away and recieved this response

Im sat in the airport now as we speak. Im due in NZ tomorrow morning then start work on monday.

Needless to say the very next day he was posting on the forum about how he was organising the TMF stand for an upcoming Mini show in Malvern! Guess he just decided in the departure gate not to go to New Zealand for 4 months

Well I can safely say now that I am £150 out of pocket. Its very clear that these are never getting posted.

Roo, Pie told me he couldn't get on his computer either. I told him he has your number, get your bank details and pay the money in directly. I assume he hasn't been in touch to get them then?

I also gave him the phone number for DPD courier to book on any collections. He said he had already had collections booked for while he was away in Germany but they didn't turn up. He said he just needed booking numbers from his email to get them rebooked for collection. I offered to get them from his email for him, and also said that they should be able to find those numbers on their system if he gives them his details. He said he'd see what he can do today.

No worries at the time I actually had more proof and info about his lies that i wanted to add to the topic but it was closed and the admin i asked to post it never got back to me.

I think that based on the text I got from him that if I or anyone showed up it would result in Violence. That should be avoided. I'm not bothered myself but it would more than likely damage the credibility of our case against him. Lets continue to walk the higher path and play it right.
