Personally, i'm a big fan of two-tone paint schemes on
minis - and I think your idea of using a red interior would look fantastic (Sometimes it's nice to have a bright colour when you've got a very harsh black/
white contrast).
It's not exactly my best work, i'll be honest, but i've left it fairly basic so you can have a play around with it if needs be.
Try having a look through old issues of
MiniWorld, I'm sure there was a guy who had his car featured not too long ago who went with the black/
white two-tone scheme.
Looking at the picture again, i'd have made the arches
white, but seeing as i'm off to work now (can't edit pictures like this on my Iphone) i'll have to give it a bash another time.
As for the decals, is it worth creating a new version of the designer logo? Of course, Mary Quant was a brilliant designer in her own right, but there's plenty of logos from other designers that aren't quite as "girly"
Think of it as your own twist on the
mini "designer"
