Nice shop picture ,how cool is that!

got this one as well, shame about the old biddy who got in the way (yeah, i know who she is)

I can just see the scene back in the mid/late 1960's and she's decided to create a new revolutionary fashion craze for the young hip and trendy gals, but she's stuck for a name. Then she looks at her Mini which is parked outside the shop and it all becomes clear.

Thank god she owned a Mini, because I don't think the Imp Skirt would have been much of a hit either? LOL



Even my favourite Doctor Who girl (Jo Grant) looked killer diller in her jack boot and kilt: -

We've got an '88 white 'Designer' Mary Quant in totally original condition and owned from new.

Just dug out a few photos and uploaded them to Flickr here if you're interested:-

Thanks for the thread resurrection and I'd forgotten how cute Jo Grant from early 1970's Doctor Who was.

Just kidding really, I can watch her whenever I want as I have the DVD's.
