i got a set of twin carbs and i was just wondering if its correct. i.d numbers are 12g299, 594, MOWOG

The numbers you quote are for the manifold casting I think. SU identity numbers are on a triangular aluminium tag held under one of the dashpot retaining screws. These are usually missing. You may be able to identify them from the needle numbers and searching the Burlen fuel site.
