I'm with cptkirk. I look to you Zcar people and others with fairly serious bhp, particularly the street sleepers (hello, Kam) to outrun the opposition from time to time, up to a semi-sensible speed
It takes the pressure off the rest of us. We can cope with the chavs on the roundabouts but not the Audis away from the lights.
Too true.
A standard 2000 reg mpi is no challenge whatsoever to a 2007 reg S Works, as Matilda & I

Noooooooooooooooooooo, bad Ju and Matilda! You must NEVER engage with a Bummini or whatever we're supposed to call them! A languid wave if you must, but let them go! Naughty step, 10 minutes, now.A standard 2000 reg mpi is no challenge whatsoever to a 2007 reg S Works

This internet article, can you give me a link?I only realised when we'd hit 70 on a wiggley lane in the dark. I had to give myself a right talking to.
Yer, that's the problem, see? Leave it to the grown-ups.(They can't 'alf shift, tho, them t'ings)
*EDIT* I can't believe I'm being so lippy to a university lecturer. But it's strangely exhilarating.

I'm used to being lipped at, but they're normally a lot younger & roam in herds accompanied by blackberries & iphones.

I do need reining in with the driving, though. I am aware that I can be very stupid.
