Hi All,
I'm new here so I apologise in advance if I'm asking something obvious! :dontgetit:

Is it possible to fit a Mk 1 grill on to a Mk3 mini?? I much prefer the look of the original ones and wanted to know before I go out and get one!!

Thanks!!

yes it is but you have to remove the lip from the front of your bonnet and a few holes need filling. And welcome to the forum anything you need to know just ask there will be someone who can help.

You will also need to drill some holes to attach the Mk1 grille to the front end.

yep i got a mk1 bonnet the hinges are closer together so dont line up. van and pickup bonnets have no lip also and come with the later hinge setup so it might have been one of these
