I can remember as nippers when we used to play the local police up rotten in the town of an evening and we could always distinguish the Montego police car and the Maestro by the sound of there engines before we could see them,
This gave us an advantage and we used to get a little head start on our heals

Lots of lovely Jam Sandwiches, much better than those batternbergs they have now. I got nicked by a Granada Scorpio Jam Sandwich on the elevated M6 in 1991. I still don't know how he sneaked up behind me without me noticing. He did give me some advice though, if I hadn't been out in lane 3 and had not been going over 90mph he would not have nicked me. That would happen now with the vans and cameras, anything over 75mph and you're risking a fixed penalty and some points.

I can remember watching that film he was talking about In the second video "The liver run" it was 20 minutes of pure adrenaline driving thru central London to transport a liver to a waiting patient.
Them where the good old days, Proper cars back then lol.

Somehow if I was a villain I don't think that being followed by a marina would cause me stop.
