Thats been floating around the forum a few times now. Its a rendition by a magazine on what the Mini Van could look like. It's a not a prototype or production vehicle.

As said that is just an old magazine photoshop concept.
However sources within BMW have reportedly confirmed that a new MINI panel van – possibly dubbed MINI Cargo – based on the Clubman Estate will debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2012.

Yeah thank god it isn't real! It's a prediction of What it could look like. Issigonis would turn in his grave if it was real.
Definately not against a Clubman based van though. Especially in Cooper S format. There's not really any rivals asside from the astra sportive van. Think that would sell very well but Fiat would then get wind of it and bring out a 500 van probably based on the god awful looking 500L.
