Titan 1.5:1 Full Roller Rockers

Used, Good
£185 +p&p
KENT

One used set of Titan Full Roller (Tip and Needle bearings on shaft) 1.5:1 High Lift Ratio.

These did about 10k (mild lady :P ) miles in my wife’s mini, they were not needed with the Cam her new engine has.

On MiniSpares these are over £550 new! And the cheapest I can find on the internet for a new set of Mini Full Rollers is £400 plus
http://www.minispare....aspx?pid=34703

They have a few marks and digs on them but nothing that effects performance, They have had the once over by Andy at ML Motorsport and they look ok with no stress marks on the arms.

i might be interested in these. how much more of a benefit are these over the alloy tip rockers? there is a significant price difference. i am looking for a little more power for mini in the ark as it does not look like i will have the bike engine swap done by then

I'm not really the right person to ask, sorry.

Take a read on the Mini Spares description on that link.

Also have a read of:

http://www.theminifo...?showtopic=3827

and i copied this from Mini Sports site.

"1.5:1 ratio gives high lift Roller tip rockers can be installed quickly as a direct replacement to the original rocker assembly and give the same performance increase as if using a high lift camshaft. (Fast road/Road rally specification). Not recommended for 850cc engines.

This means that you can have all the advantages and performance increases that come with changing the camshaft, without having to remove the engine and having to rebuild it.

The other advantages of changing your Mini to run with the Mini Sport Roller Tip Rockers are the roller tips on the rocker arm assembly help to eliminate friction, and also stops the side loading of valve stem that is created with the original rocker assembly, so preventing this allows quieter and smoother running.
Accurate modern CNC manufacturing techniques ensure the correct rocker ratio is achieved and quality control is assured. "

If they are not sold by Saturday they are going on Ebay...

Cheers
