hi all got the front panel primered today with some help from Jake my friend also a member on here forgot to take a pic though. after this i let it dry abit came back into the garage and had a brain wave Ive been trying to tidy up the boot for a while now, the stone chip was too thick and had not set and i popped it off >_< . but today while i was just pottering around some under felt caught my eye and then i set too it  . once i had finished this i looked at the boot cables and the ends looked tatty do out came the plastic coating again  will take a pic of these tomorrow

here's a pic of the boot and a pair of rocker covers i plastic coated before i went on holiday my mum wasn't happy with me over these  well one what i thought was clean of oil rocker cover one oven heated to 220 degrees and well the result was one house full of blue oil smoke and it stunk according to my mum i couldn't smell a thing so abit of advice don't go putting rocker covers into the oven its not a bright idea :withstupid:

hi no i didn't notice a real difference in noise, I've got a single box RC40 on so that may be why  but i noticed a little more go seemed to pick up better ill be drilling the bottom as well so ill see if that also makes it a little better

thank you :) , it makes the boot look a lot more tidy and matches with the lining kit. dont use thick stuff its hard to get under the edge and can be awkward trimming around the edge where you will have to glue it down felt stuff is the best.
