Ive got these bullet or what ever mirrors on mine lol, and to be honest i think they're fairly useless! they look shweet but u can see pretty much naff all, and mine droop after like an hour of driving!

That's because you've fitted wing mirrors instead of door mirrors.

These are wing mirrors:

They offer next to no visibility if fitted to doors and are just dangerous. Not designed for doors - if you have bought these - sell them or send them back. Or fit them on the wings where they're meant to go.

These are the Door mirrors

You can see that they have an arm on them - this is to raise them up so that you can see out of them and gives the mirror full adjustability. Very good mirrors, easy to adjust and great for looks. To fit these you'll need the fixing plaque too which is supplied with most aftermarket mirrors made to go on standard door fixings:

Most people buy the Wing mirrors without realising it.

I agree with Retro_10s i brought the right ones (Tex door bullet mirrors - convex glass) and i can see perfectly fine with them :)

here's a few pics of my downton style mirrors. these actually bolt into tne latest style door mirror posts so there is no extra drilling required. theres good visability with them aswell.

I had some and the novelty wore off after a while.

I had the door mirrors and as said I still couldn't see naff all out of them!

I can see enough out of mine!
Although never had decent mirrors...
Old scamp had motorbike mirrors on the front wings!

Thinking about it, I have a wider view from the rear-view.

never been a big fn of the bullet mirrors, they just dont look right to me. instead i have these ones:
