Cheap Fog/spotlight Options?

Hi, just bought my first Mini and am looking at adding either 2 or 4 lights across the grill, haven't decided yet. My budget is tight, so can anyone recommend a cheap way to do it? Best place to buy? What to buy? Would like them to be in working order eventually, but not important to start with. Cheers.
