Hidden Hinges On Rear Estate Doors

I am midway through smoothing the external apperance of my clubman estate, i have already de locked the front doors and plan to use 'door poppers' for access. I'd like to do the same for the rear doors but this means moving the hinges inside... has anyone done this or does anyone have any clever ideas on how to do this.
