I have a 1989 Mini.
Were these fitted with a top dash rail as mine does not have one? Could you fit a dash like the ones from Custom Consoles without a top rail?

you '89 mini should have a padded rail, or has it been removed?
If so they just slot into the 3 holes on the metal rail.

No, my guess is that it has been removed then. I will go on a hunt for one very soon.you '89 mini should have a padded rail, or has it been removed?
If so they just slot into the 3 holes on the metal rail.
