Flip Front Good? Or Bad?

Are they any good?
What do i need to do to fit a complete flip front end.
Is there any sort of fitting guide out there?

It does feel light at the front when driving though and mine tends to understeer a bit. I'm going to fix that by fitting neg camber and adjustable tie rods, plus i'm lightning the rear to balance it all up

They look good
makes working on the engine easier
However they do weaken the front end as you are removing the innerwings
I've been recommended to go back to a solid front which i won't be doing as it requires alot of work to replace the inner wings
I was involved in an accident with the flippy.. a 5 MPH inpact has completely bent the panels. It looks like the wing is the only thing damaged when in fact the front panel is bent to a degree the bonnet had to be forced open.
Just think about it before you do it.
Would you go steel, fibreglass? Removable bonnet or attached to the front end so it flips too, or standard bonnet?
Have you though what you will need... Brace bars, hinges, solid subframe mounts, catches and latches etc.
And you will need to declare it on insurance as it is a modification, will it increase your premium?
