where can i get new chrome surrounds for the rear quarter windows? mine is the non opening rear windows on a 1985. ta for any help

Do you mean changing fixed windows to opening?.
If so you will need to source a second hand set. Then offer them up with a new seal (different seals for opening windows) and drill the holes inside for the hinges.

Yup,he's right, you can't get chrome inserts for the fixed windows.
