If your arches are not a good fit (like my miglia arches) then buy a sander or something and hold the arch against the body mark which bits prevent the rest of the arch fitting flush with the body and sand these high spots down to get a good fit.

My sportpacks are not a good fit - done by the previous owner - belended in and they are cracking up a good un. They arent blended very well either. Saying that - I do like the look - but it has to be perfect, to look spot on.
Gonna get these chopped off and fit carbon Miglia ones fitted - (and lowered)

Do you mean the silicon rubber stuff that was mentioned? Thats available at any DIY shop, B&Q etc, comes in a big tube. Use this and you'll have no problems with cracking at all, though I would see if you can get hold of some a similar colour as your car is you may have issues painting over it. The droblem you'll have using it is that it really needs to be shaped while wet as its difficult to do much once its dry, and its a bit of a skill getting it perfect, recommend you practice on something first.
