Minis With Stripes

If you have stripes on your mini could you post them up here please and say whether they were painted on or whether they're stickers please

I'm thinking about stripes for my mini when I get it resprayed in the future and wanted to make sure that what I've got in mind is what I really want! No minis with just bonnet stripes please, I've already got that and it's not the look I want!

you can just about see the striping on mine, plus theres pinstriping on the sides of the bonnet stripes as well..

That's an interesting one with the stripe off to one side, thanks for posting it

I'm thinking of stripes going over the entire body of the car...anyone fancy posting pics of minis with them pleeeeease!!

when rebuilding my timmys mini, we were preping the car fir a respray .. the previous owner had put on the stripes but in stickers, and they were a bugger to get off and when they came off it pulled the paint off too creating more work its had to explain but when the new spray job was done you could see in places where th stickers were..

but those stikers for bodywork are a good way to change the appearance of a mini making it look good

I've got bonnet stripes on my mini at the mo, which are stickers... I would have thought that if you took the body all the way back to metal then you wouldn't have any problem with being able to see where the old stripes were?

I'm thinking when I do have enough money to replace all the rotten panels and get a full respray done that any stripes I do get will be painted on too

Lol thanks Rhyd, most of them were a bit too stripey for my tastes

But I do like the last one Kinda thinking about a wide central stripe over the entire length of the mini with two thinnner stripes on either side, anyone got pics of minis with that?
