not sure if FG headlamp rings are made but i could be wrong
and you should be able to spray the evil eyes to whatever colour you like so long as they are rawed down first and stuff

They're a common modification on modern cars, so i don't think they're illegal.

my dad said he can fibreglass over the original headlamp ring then should be able to paint it
