I'm just finishing my project and am now thinking about the wheels. When finished it'll be old english white with a black roof and black group 4 arches. It will be retro styled with a mk 1 grill and over riders with corner bars. I've just seen these mb wheels but I'm not sure if they're too modern looking to suit the car!
What do you think? I'd probably go for 10 x 6

Nope, wouldn't suit it at all!

Reckon they would suit mine though :goaway:.

On a serious note though, MB's (I think) suit any style of mini, they are a universal wheel, I dont think you will be sorry for fitting a set, you will be when you get your wallet out though :goaway:.

Ive just bought a set of image split rims for my pick up they look exactly the same as these but mine are all silver, mine are 10 x 7 though, still waiting for delivery as there made to order and can take up to 4 weeks, but as mentioned these look good on any style of mini and i canrt wait to get mine and get them fitted...

Dont know to be honest as the car is still engineless :goaway: Ive had A008s previously and they were ok in the wet but not great,i expect the 0032s will be ok at best but i dont know for sure.

the 0032r's are fine in the wet, have them on my mini and they are great!

As for the wheels... They should look fine. you can even get the centres anodised in black which would make them even more suitable

I've heard the 0032r's are pretty good in the wet compared to the A008s.

Think I'm sold just got to work out how to pay for them now!

Just wondered where you can buy a set from, as been searching for a while.

Cheers
