IIRC there are screws on the top but i think you need to take the front windscreen out

I remember i had to stick my hand through the back of the dashboard (if you have one fitted) and unscrew 3 nuts. left, middle and right. not easy to get to. may be worth removing dash if you have one. then should just pop out.

This is how i did it but that doesnt mean i am right so please dont attempt it without hearing from more people.

i couldnt get it out with the windscreen. In the end i used a dremel to cut the bolts a little shorter while it was in then it just came out easy.

Mines not even bolted in. Mine seems to stay in place fine. I just give it a whack and it pops out. Takes a sew seconds.

So there is a bolt in the middle? And two and each end? Because the one in the middle is fairly long isn't it!
