Worth a bump as it's little more than the cost of a set of points 'n a condenser . Shame the magnet looks to be part of the rotor arm, but still a great price.

either a 45 or a 54 i expect. i havent worked out when they changed it.

itll have the number stamped on it, usually on the body of it underneath or close to the vac unit. and covered by a lot of gunk. so give it a clean and you should be able to find it. might be hard with it attached to the car tho...

I'd expect it would fit any dizzy that uses this cap. you could even fit it to earlier dizzy's if you can separate the reluctor magnet from the rotor arm.

I think Stewart is volunteering to be the forum guinea pig, at worst he'll have got his bro' an early xmas prezzie :)

Well, I thought I'd investigate further....

So I now have one in my possession... Will be a straight swap for my points in the Aldon so in theory if it works then should fire up straight away...

Unfortunately can't road test it as the mini has no MOT

good work, let us know how it goes...

Might consider for the City, as it's cheaper then a Metro system.
