I have made a frame under the engine , and mounted a ford sierra(saffire in UK?) diff on it.Used the ford driveshaft stubbs that go into the diff, turned them down and drilled them for the SAE drive joints/yokes wich also fit directly on the mini splines. Made one new drive shaft , the other fit unmodified.Used the original engine mount holes in the subframe and the front holes where the tow hook goes, for the front engine mounts.welded the rear mounts for the engine in the bulkhead, kind of ties everything together. The space is very limited so i had to juggle with al the components to get it to fit. There is very little cutting involved and everything fits under the the hood. Can be built back to original if i want to.No reverse yet (working on it).welcome,
sure this one will create a bit of interest, how have you done the drive ??
