As the title states, I'm interested in finding out what sort of mileages you guys have put your supercharged A-series through? , In particular those that have used the Eaton M45 blower, as used in the VMAX Scart kit.
I've currently completed 14,000 miles on mine and other than having to replace the bottom pulley it's been great. Just interested to see if anyone's done alot more miles to find out any more long term problems I could be heading for.
Here's a pic of the car: -
Cheers,
Steve.

My guess is that you're pioneer of big mileage.

Poor running from the weber didnt help and then some bearings or seals at the end of the crank welding them selves to it also didnt help.
So engine out nearly a year ago and fitting a push through setup. Thought if im going to do it, better do it the right way!!!! lol Not long to go
Other than that, i suffered musscle strain on my face from all the smiling!
Oh, and used the VMax weber kit and covered no more than 5k!!

Kinda nice to know that I'm out there in terms of mileage, it's something to be proud of I guess that it's survived without any problems. Going to drop some roller-tip rockers soon too which'll be nice. The current aim is to pull the gearbox off at 20k to see what it's like before deciding where to go from there.
Oh and, we replaced the bottom pulley as we had a faulty one where the material was too soft and it got eaten away by the belt.
Whose that have had supercharged engines fail on low mileage's, what sort of extra cooling were you running?

I don't often feel the cold and it's a good way to keep the weight down as people don't really like a lift in the winter!
